Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Exclusions: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
